Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Création Confort is recognized for its fast and efficient delivery service. All orders placed before 2PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will depart our Montreal warehouse the same day as an expedited parcel with Canada Post.
Fixed Shipping Fee
We have a fixed 15.00 CAD $ shipping fee for all online orders.
Important : The buyer is responsible to ensure the information provided for the shipping address is correct. Création Confort is not responsible for the fees associated with shipping to a wrong address (if the parcel was returned to its warehouse and must be shipped to a new and corrected address).
If you would like us to ship your order to a different address than the billing address (i.e. Residential and Long-term Care Centre, Retirement Home, etc.), we ask you provide us with the establishment’s address under the ‘Ship to a different address?’ section, right before the payment for the order on the website.
Return and Exchange Fees
The buyer is responsible for all fees associated with a return or an exchange. That is why we highly recommend you refer to our detailed charts on the Size Chart page, in order to avoid those extra fees.
Certain exceptions may apply :
- Manufacturing Defect: If you believe that an item you received is defective, we ask you to please send us a clear picture by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A delay of up to 48h may apply to process your demand.
- Order Mistake: If you believe an error was made in your order, please call us at 1 (800) 394-1513 during our operating hours.
Returns & Exhanges : Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Back*
Création Confort cares about your satisfaction and understand how challenging it can be to buy clothing and accessories for another person. That is why we accept returns and exchanges of merchandise up to 20 days after the date of your purchase.
No refunds or exchanges will be made and/or accepted in the following cases :
- Return was done after the 20 day period allowed
- No proof of purchase is provided or can be found in the account
- The returned item is missing the original price tag
- The returned item was worn, washed, modified, or identified
- The item is a bra or a pair of slippers from an unpaid invoice*
* Bras and slippers are subject to a different return policy. Important: NO return for refund or exchange will be accepted for bras or slippers on an unpaid invoice. Exchanges for these items will only be processed and sent once the original shipping fee and the new shipping fee have both been paid.
Exchange : A delay of 48-72h applies in order to process the exchange of an item once we have received the item sent back for exchange.
Return: A delay of 2 to 4 weeks applies to process a return for refund. Important : When you return an item or a full order for a refund, you will not be refunded the original shipping costs.
