Fast Delivery<\/h2>\n

Cr\u00e9ation Confort is recognized for its fast and efficient delivery service. All orders placed before 2PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will depart our Montreal warehouse the same day as an expedited parcel with Canada Post.<\/p>\n

Fixed Shipping Fee<\/h2>\n

We have a fixed 15.00 CAD $ shipping fee for all online orders.<\/p>\n

Shipping Address<\/h2>\n

Important\u00a0:<\/strong> The buyer is responsible to ensure the information provided for the shipping address is correct. Cr\u00e9ation Confort is not responsible for the fees associated with shipping to a wrong address (if the parcel was returned to its warehouse and must be shipped to a new and corrected address).<\/p>\n

If you would like us to ship your order to a different address than the billing address (i.e. Residential and Long-term Care Centre, Retirement Home, etc.), we ask you provide us with the establishment\u2019s address under the \u2018Ship to a different address?\u2019 section, right before the payment for the order on the website.<\/p>\n

Return and Exchange Fees<\/h2>\n

The buyer is responsible for all fees associated with a return or an exchange. That is why we highly recommend you refer to our detailed charts on the Size Chart page<\/a>, in order to avoid those extra fees.<\/p>\n
